Silicon wafer
A silicon wafer is a basic material for production of semiconductor components which are used in many fields of electronics ( IT, consumer electronics, telecommunication, automotive industry etc.).
Epitaxial wafer
An epitaxial wafer is produced from silicon monocrystals with a diameter 100 and 150 mm. An epitaxial wafer is intended for use in semiconductor industry. Epitaxy is a process where another layer of monocrystal silicon is deposited on a substrate of monocrystal silicon.
